Remembering Suleiman Bakhit

As many of you know, one of our fellow Fellows, Suleiman Bakhit, died of cancer on August 14, 2019. He had been dealing with health issues for a long time, but it is still devastating to process his passing. Suleiman was a gem of a human being, a long-time advocate of this community and of many others, and he was a fighter for freedom and love. His death is a loss, but his life, however short, was a gain for the world that does not go away with his passing.
