In part two of our Donor Funding series, you will learn the skillful art of asking for money! Deputy Director of Principal Gifts at the ACLU, Paul Dana, will teach you how to get the "ask" out and how to navigate the responses you might receive from a donor. If you’d like, bring a story to share about a solicitation you’ve made (good, bad, or otherwise), or a solicitation you’d like to make. We'll discuss some of these examples with the group.
