Back by popular demand, our wonderful TED Fellows Zena El-Khalil will be hosting weekly meditations for all of you (Thank you, Zena!). Each Tuesday at 12pm ET she will walk you through a two-part meditation webinar where she will help you feel more grounded in your body. The first meditation will be sound based and the second part will be a guided meditation. Please join on time as we will start promptly at 12pm ET
